Role Overview:

Brand Partnership Executive at Influir Media plays a pivotal role in driving the agency's expansion and revenue streams within the advertising industry. This position requires a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, possessing a deep understanding of lead generation, B2B sales methodologies, and effective company marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential brand partners.- Create comprehensive partnership proposals outlining the benefits and opportunities of collaborating with our brand.- Engage in negotiations with potential brands to secure favorable terms and conditions for partnership agreements.- Serve as the primary point of contact for brands, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships. Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to develop and execute partnership initiatives. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and activations in collaboration with brands.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives, tracking key metrics and performance indicators. Use data insights to optimize partnership strategies and drive continuous improvement.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to brands. Leverage insights to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration ideas.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven track record in business development, brand partnerships, or sales within the advertising, marketing, or media industry.- 2+ years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in the digital media or advertising industry.- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and branding trends.- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- Prior experience in the influencer marketing agency is a plus.
