Job Description


As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by identifying potential customers and initiating contact with them. Your goal is to gather information, engage prospects, and nurture them into qualified leads that can be handed off to the sales team for further conversion.

Key Responsibilities :


  • Lead Generation: Conduct research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, social media, Linkedin, email campaigns, industry events, and other relevant sources.
  • Qualification: Evaluate leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their potential as qualified prospects. Use lead scoring methods and techniques to prioritize and categorize leads accordingly.
  • Contact and Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, social media messages, or other communication channels. Engage prospects in conversations to understand their needs, educate them about the company's services, and qualify their interest and push them to schedule meetings.
  • Database Management: Maintain an accurate and updated database of leads, including relevant information and interactions. Ensure data integrity and consistency for effective lead tracking and reporting.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies to cultivate relationships with prospects who are not immediately ready to convert. Provide relevant information, content, and resources to keep prospects engaged and move them further along the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads. Communicate lead details, insights, and relevant information to facilitate effective follow-ups and conversions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze lead generation activities, including lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team to inform decision-making and optimize lead-generation strategies.
