Position Overview:


As the Generative AI Practice Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI strategies that will drive the growth of our AI services offerings. You will lead the adoption of generative AI technologies both for client projects and internal proof of concepts (POCs). Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and delivering AI-driven solutions that enhance business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:


• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

• Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the AI landscape.

• Create a roadmap for the adoption and implementation of generative AI technologies.

• Leadership and Team Management:


• Build, develop, and mentor a team of AI specialists of AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

• Provide guidance and support for the professional development of team members.


Client Engagement:


• Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify client needs and propose AI solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on AI-related projects.

• Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase AI capabilities and solutions.


Project Management:


• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.


Technical Expertise:


• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and related technologies.

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing and developing AI models and algorithms.

• Collaborate with IT and R&D teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and platforms.


Internal Innovation:


• Drive internal AI POCs to explore new applications and use cases for generative AI within the organization.

• Evaluate and implement AI tools and frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

• Promote a data-driven culture by encouraging the use of AI in internal processes and decision-making.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading AI initiatives and managing AI projects from conception to deployment.

• Strong understanding of generative AI techniques, including natural language processing, neural networks, and deep learning.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be a self-starter that initiates and drives things

• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value propositions.

• Experience with AI development tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT-3/4, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:


• Ph.D. in a relevant field.

• Experience in the IT services industry.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role.

• Track record of published research or contributions to the AI community.
