Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking Dynamic Lead Generation Executives to join our newly launched upskilling division. You will be committed to driving leads and fostering customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic campaigns.
Role: Lead Generation Executives
Location: Bangalore, In office
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product & business teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and expand the customer base.
- Identify potential leads through innovative outreach methods to establish contact and interest.
- Nurture relationships through targeted communication and follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of premium services and features to potential users, highlighting how they can benefit from the platform.
- Maintain & Analyze lead data and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns/approaches to make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation & conversion efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation & sales performance, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and ROI analysis, to provide insights to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and sales to continuously improve processes and achieve targets efficiently.
Requirements
- 0 to 1 year experience in lead generation.
- Proficiency in speaking English & Hindi (added advantage if you can speak Marathi or Gujarathi)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Familiarity with marketing concepts such as target audience segmentation, branding, and promotional strategies.
- In addition to these, Problem-solving skills, Time management, Creativity & ability to work in a Team are expected.
