Job Description
The back office in India is searching for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. We are actively seeking accomplished professionals with more than 3 years of experience in office-based lead generation positions to join our British company.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong English communication skills, a dedicated work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Full training will be provided, the most important thing is a can-do attitude and the desire to make every interaction with the College a positive one.
This will be an in office-based position in, the office is based in HM Tower, Brigade Rd, Ashok Nagar in Bengaluru. The working hours will be Monday – Friday 10 am until 7.30 pm India time.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS A FULL TIME IN OFFICE POSITION AND INTERVIEWS WILL ONLY BE OFFERED ON A FACE TO FACE BASIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Making significant level of telephone calls to our leads
High productivity on call times and outbound calls to meet the minimum criteria
Consistently maintaining an innovative and professional approach to all prospective clients
Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
Provide sufficient information about the courses and its benefits
Ability to achieve targets in productivity and results
Key Requirements:
Be open minded and able to adapt to sales challenges
Passion for selling educational programmes
Motivated to achieve results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be a positive and driven individual, with the tenacity and target driven attitude of a sales person
Be proficient using Microsoft Office and in particular Outlook
Well organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload
