We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our International Sales team as a Lead/Demand Generation Manager in Bangalore.
Role Overview:
The Demand Generation Manager will lead a team of specialists in HackerEarth demand
generation efforts, developing and executing strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue
growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing and a
proven track record of successful demand-generation campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop and Execute Strategies : Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing
campaigns to generate high-quality leads, including cold email marketing and
outreach.
● Experience : Comes with experience in a set of failed, successful, and proven tricks and
methodologies on lead generation.
● Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a team of demand-generation professionals.
Train and support team members in email marketing best practices and client engagement.
● Campaign Management : Deliver a weekly set number of SQLs, MQLs, and meetings via
outbound marketing motion, being accountable for the results. Collaborate closely with the
sales team to develop and optimize high-quality lead generation outbound messaging.
Implement lead nurturing programs to cultivate prospects and drive conversions, leveraging
marketing automation and CRM tools.
● Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify
target audience segments, key trends, and opportunities for lead generation. Analyze and
report on the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and
recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and increase ROI.
● Stay Updated : Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies in demand generation, and apply them to improve campaign performance and
overall marketing strategies.
● Process Driven : Ensure documentation and tracking of leads and success from CRM to
Excel.
Qualifications:
● Education : Bachelor’s degree, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
● Experience : 2-4 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably in the technology industry,
with team lead/managerial experience.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Smart lead, Instantly, Apollo.io, Lusha, Sales Navigator).
- Proficient in email marketing, with a solid understanding of cold email marketing and client handling.
- Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
