Job Location: Bangalore

Work days: Monday - Friday

Compensation: 4.5 LPA + Incentive based bonus


Role Overview  

As an SDR at Zintlr, you will be a critical part of our revenue generation engine. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. And qualified leads to customers. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of Zintlr will be key to your success. 


Responsibilities  

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and determine their potential fit for Zintlr's products. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. 
  • Prospect for potential customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, emailing, and social media conversations. 
  • Nurture leads through targeted outreach and follow-up to build interest and establish rapport. 
  • Convert qualified enterprise leads into opportunities by scheduling meetings or calls with the internal subject matter experts within Zintlr. 
  • Convert SMB leads on your own with zero or minimal help from subject matter experts. 
  • Effectively communicate Zintlr's value proposition to potential customers and schedule product demonstrations. 
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate forecasting. 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead qualification and conversions. 


Qualifications  

  • Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in a sales development or business development role, preferably in a SaaS environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools. 
  • A results-oriented mindset and a strong desire to succeed.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Hebbal, Bengaluru.
