We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, driving website traffic, optimizing conversion rates (CRO), and generating leads through various online channels. This role demands a strategic thinker who is also hands-on with campaign management, analytics, and optimization techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.
  • Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Perform keyword research, develop targeted blog briefs, and publish content designed to engage customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze traffic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance traffic quality.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other CRO techniques to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that CRO best practices are implemented.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize lead capture and qualification.
  • Drive lead generation through the website and various digital channels, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly lead targets.
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to track KPIs, ROI, and insights for future improvements.


Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy, traffic generation, CRO, and lead generation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
