:

Drive Secondary Sales data collection and actionable analytics at Pan India level – end to end project management with cross functional stakeholders including IT/ Finance/ Legal and Business.

Ensure internal audit requirements are met by reporting validated and accurate data to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure Data Privacy and compliance is ensured for implementation of this to understand where channels are currently selling and conduct performance reviews basis that.

Drive ROI through data based actional business insights to increase share of wallet with existing customers, add new business including new product introductions and drive repeat sales basis statistical sales due numbers.

Present Sales Analytics to the sales team- Monitor & track overall distributor performance and provide indicators to the regional team to take future decisions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications / Skills:

Any graduate with a Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a commercial role.

Must have experience in managing Dealer/Channel Partners. Experience from similar industry will be preferred. Candidate must have good knowledge in any of the lab range of product lines (Consumables OR Chemicals OR Equipment’s), also should possess strong market and territory knowledge. System knowledge & Presentation skills( Excel/ PPT/Power BI etc) , will be added advantage .
