Position summary (Key tasks and outcomes):

The primary objective is to assist with the execution of family office operations services by overseeing staff training, work planning, communication with all the stakeholders, drive improvement initiatives. Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction are key success criteria.

Job Title - Investment Reporting

Job description: Key Responsibility Areas:


•The individual will be responsible for calculating and comparing the rate of return, using the various data sources. Also be involved in validating returns and holdings, maintaining the related database up to date.


•Responsible for responding to functions related to process oversight, support and development


•Responsible for the client specific P&L


•Responsible for team's performance appraisal, feedback, mentoring


•Responsible to identify additional revenue generating opportunities


•Responsible for quality check and exceptions review and buddying with Analysts


•Responsible for assigned client deliverables


•Responsible for client queries and on investment data and also ensure data integrity


•Follow specific procedure for each type of products (Equity/Fixed Income/Private Equity/Real Assets) from applications by carefully following product specific features


•Responsible for work planning, allocation of work, prioritization


•Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreement as agreed in the Statement of Works


•Prepare and publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly Status reports


•Lead Daily / Weekly Operational or Tactical Governance meeting with clients


•Serve as first point of escalation for client queries, issue resolution


•Ensuring achievement of production and quality targets


•Monitoring and assisting the quality of the work done by the team


•Responsible for process documentation and procedure maintenance


•Implementation of process improvements ideas


•Monitor team performance and report on metrics


•Identify training needs and provide coaching.

Knowledge components:


•Finance and Accounting terms and processes


•Understanding of financial software


•Familiarity with family office industry

Experience (Yrs and types):


•5- 10 yrs yrs experience in a similar role

Education Levels/Credentials:


•Bachelor's degree in commerce with IPCC or MBA in Finance or CMA/CA .


•CIPM or CFA are preferred.

Skills and Abilities and Other Characteristics:


•Enthusiastic team player who enjoys both tactical and hands-on work


•Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills and have the ability to work effectively with employees of all levels


•Hands-on experience in reporting, metrics and presentation of data


•Conduct team meetings, training / coaching


•Display high standard of integrity and work ethics
