About the Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Investment Prospecting Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in lead generation from High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role is specifically focused on building a qualified pipeline of investors for our Real Estate Fund. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment products, and a strong ability to identify, connect with, and qualify HNI prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and reach out to HNI clients interested in real estate investments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HNI prospects for the Real Estate Fund.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand investment appetite and suitability.
  • Educate prospects about the Real Estate Fund structure, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Schedule meetings for senior Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors to close opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on wealth management, investment, and real estate trends to identify opportunities.
  • Research HNI investor behavior and preferences to tailor outreach.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly reports on leads generated, meetings scheduled, and pipeline movement.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Fundraising teams to achieve targets.
Requirements
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
  • Exposure to HNI client acquisition (experience in Real Estate or Investment Funds is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, persistent, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and financial products.
