Job Title: Investment Banking Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

Work Experience: 0 to 3 years

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CFA L - 2 (USA)

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Global Investment Banking team. This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization and contribute to building a global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare reports
  • Develop investment pro-formas & financial models; research & analyze financial data; develop financial & narrative reports & prepare comparable analyses
  • Support the leadership team in collateral preparation and supporting business development activities
  • Train / educate new and/or junior team members

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a passion to learn, ability to multi-task, and willingness to work in situations with tight deadlines
  • Is comfortable working in an unstructured environment and meritocratic culture
  • Has good understanding of financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies
  • Possesses superior report writing, communication, and presentation skills
