Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner Leader (HRBP Lead), you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and provide strategic guidance and support to our organization's business leaders. Your expertise will help us foster a high-performance culture and drive talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners
Collaborate on organization-wide strategies with senior HR leaders
Partner with business leaders to identify workforce trends and challenges
Design and implement talent management programs
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Facilitate training and development initiatives
Drive organizational change and foster a culture of open communication
Provide expert advice on employee relations and conflict resolution
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
6-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles and leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant HR tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
