About the role:
As the Manager of Talent and Organizational Development, you will spearhead initiatives
designed to build and sustain a purpose-driven, talented team dedicated to advancing our
mission. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will develop and implement
programs that enhance organizational culture and capabilities, crucial for propelling eGov’s
growth and fulfilling our mission. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a dynamic and committed
workforce aligned with our goals.
What you will do
1. Culture and Engagement
- Drive our culture: Design and lead initiatives that promote a fun, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Get feedback: Use surveys and other tools to understand employee satisfaction and develop action plans to make improvements.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management
- Find the best: Oversee our hiring process from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
- Develop talent: Create strategies to attract and retain top talent and manage our performance appraisal process.
3. Employee Relations
- Be the go-to person: Handle employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
- Celebrate success: Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
4. Training and Development
- Grow our team: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and career development.
- Lead workshops: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
5. HR Policies and Procedures
- Set the rules: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Stay compliant: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements.
6. HR Metrics and Reporting
- Track success: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Report up: Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Who You Are
Education and Experience:
- You have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field from a reputed institute with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in HR management, especially focusing on culture and engagement.
Skills and Competencies:
- You are a natural leader with strong team management skills.
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch.
- You have a strategic mindset and know how to implement HR initiatives.
- You are knowledgeable about HR best practices and employment laws.
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable with HR software and tools.
