What will you be doing?

The ideal candidate will have a track record of:
Balancing strategic vision with realistic execution plans Influencing without direct authority Collaborating with a matrixed, geographically distributed team Developing junior team members Collaborating across teams Communicating with a wide variety of partners Working as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on talent matters Connecting business strategy to people programs to meet strategic needs Working flexibly Excellent attention to detail and passion to lead important operational work to support critical initiatives Using Excel to analyze data and create action plans (comfortable using VLOOKUP, nested IF statements and pivot tables)
We expect you to have
Education Required: Degree qualified in a relevant field; a specialized Master's degree or MBA is a plus or equivalent working experience. Demonstrable track record, around 12+ years of experience in HR-related roles. Prior management experience is required. Special Qualifications: solid understanding of organizational change management practices, talent management practices, organizational design, and executive leadership best practices are desirable.
