Technology Marketing Manager

We are seeking an innovative, passionate and strategic Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience who can lead the Marketing Team and drive Marketing Initiatives ensuring Product Growth and Revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive Product growth along with identifying the target audience
- Contribute towards the successful lead generation of the Product and work towards establishing brand visibility
- Lead and execute Marketing Programs/ Events/ Conferences from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Effectively measure, analyze and optimize marketing programs
- Manage all-round demand generation teams including outbound, performance, channel partner, and inbound, along with Website management, SEO/SEM, content generation, lead magnets, social media, search ads and other performance marketing campaigns
- Continuously optimize program performance and quality by demonstrating best practices in digital and email marketing
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Design and automate strategies to convert MQLs to SQLs
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B acquisition, growth, and lead generation marketing- A high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability
- Experience in working with technology products (preferred SaaS products)
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
