Role Summary

We are seeking a Guest Relations Manager who will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality guest experience. This role requires a customer-centric individual with a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage front-of-house operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and seating arrangements.
  • Ensure a personalized experience for all guests, including VIPs and special occasions.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with front office, service, and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
  • Supervise and train front-of-house staff on guest service standards.
  • Maintain guest records, feedback, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Assist in managing guest logistics, including coordinating cab services for late-night departures.
  • Oversee guest experience during events, live performances, and high-footfall days.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
  • Experience: 35 years in guest relations/front office in the hospitality or premium dining sector.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with reservation and POS systems

  • Flexibility: Comfortable with afternoon/evening shifts and rotational weekly offs.

  • Location: Should be based in Gurugram or willing to relocate.
