The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for all guests. The role involves welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with various departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes if needed.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
- Collect guest feedback and relay it to management for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on guest interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Promote a positive company image through professional appearance and behavior.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (if applicable).
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
