We are looking Resources who have may not be from consultative sales background but have good L&D knowledge and good communication and learning agility to pivot to BD in their Career.
L&D experienceADDIE – ability to design programs for executivesImplement Learning strategies and (LDP/MDP) programs for Senior LeadershipFacilitation skills/certified facilitator/coachVarious learning methodologies and pedagogies – cater to various learning styles and preferences
Consultative SellingThe BD would have to understand the faculty offerings and propose solutions after understanding the client needs (diagnosis) and propose solutions,Demonstrate ability to build long lasting Relationships with clients and understanding and empathizing with challenges clients face
Executive presence
– ability to inspire trust and confidence from othersCommunication skills
– strong communication skills is paramount - clear, concise, and compelling mannerPresentation skills
– ability to present effectively on short notice (impromptu), elevator pitch, Actively listen, articulate ideas persuasivelyNetworking Skills
