We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our expanding team and lead the hiring process for key technology positions across various regions. **Job Responsibilities:** - Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. - Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. - Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring prompt feedback and closure. - Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards. - Cultivate strong candidate relationships for a positive hiring experience. **Required Skills & Experience:** - #3–7 years of IT recruitment experience (permanent/contract staffing). - Proficiency in sourcing for skills like Java, Full Stack, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc. - Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
