Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Bhubaneswar. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, identifying and attracting top technical talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases.
