7-12 years (minimum 7 years hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS)

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic
Manager – KEKA Specialist
to lead the implementation, governance, and optimization of the KEKA HRMS platform across all verticals of EMPHORIA. This role is critical in aligning technology with HR strategy, ensuring full automation, compliance, and seamless employee experience through KEKA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Ownership:
    End-to-end implementation, customization, and governance of KEKA modules (PMS, Payroll, ATS, L&D, etc.)
  • PMS Management:
    Configure and administer KRAs/KPIs, goal setting, reviews, and appraisal cycles
  • Recruitment Automation:
    Streamline hiring workflows via KEKA's ATS, including approvals, interviews, and onboarding
  • Payroll & Compliance:
    Full-cycle payroll management and statutory compliance through KEKA
  • L&D Integration:
    Deploy training plans and monitor learning outcomes via KEKA's LMS
  • Employee Lifecycle:
    Manage all stages from onboarding to exit, including leave, attendance, travel, and engagement modules
  • Analytics & Audit:
    Provide dashboards, reports, and ensure audit readiness with accurate, system-driven data

  • KEKA adoption ≥ 98%
  • Appraisal cycles completed on time
  • Recruitment TAT ≤ 30 days
  • 100% payroll accuracy
  • ≥ 90% training completion
  • 0 compliance deviations

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong command of KEKA HRMS (functional + technical)
  • Expertise in HR compliance and statutory processes
  • Advanced Excel & HR analytics skills
  • Attention to detail, discipline, and process orientation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
