We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our automobile service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise service staff and technicians
  • Monitor service quality and ensure timely vehicle delivery
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and workshop tools
  • Coordinate with sales and parts departments
  • Prepare daily/weekly service reports
  • Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
