Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager / GM – Service to lead and manage our service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily service operations ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to achieve performance targets.
  • Handle escalations and ensure effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in automotive service operations or relevant field.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of workshop operations, service processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record in driving service efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation handling skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively..
