The Role
We're hiring a Brand Representative who understands digital culture, communicates with clarity, and knows how to close. You'll be the face of the agency across meetings, pitches, and social content. This is a front-facing, on-ground role that blends communication, content, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Represent Rarekind in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats
- Communicate our value clearly across pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats
- Build strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners
- Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities
- Contribute to closing deals and growing the agency pipeline
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns
- Stay updated on trends, formats, and what's working in the creator economy
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal communication and presence
- Social media awareness across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Comfortable on camera and in professional settings
- Strategic thinker with selling instincts
- Ability to handle pitches, people, and partnerships end-to-end
- Based in Gurgaon and available full-time on-site
Good to Have
- Experience in brand marketing, influencer partnerships, or sales
- Public-facing content or hosting experience
- Existing network in the brand or creator ecosystem
