We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive(Digital) to identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. You'll play a key role in driving revenue by pitching tailored digital solutions and closing high-value deals.
CTC Offered: Upto 6LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert B2B leads aligned with digital services.
- Conduct discovery calls and pitch tailored solutions across SEO, Performance Marketing, Web Design, and Social Media.
- Prepare customized proposals, decks, and pricing based on client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align pitches and timelines.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data via CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Stay updated on industry trends and client challenges.
- Ensure smooth handover to client servicing post-sale.
Requirements
:
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a digital agency or service-led environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
