Role: Business Development Manager.

Summary:

- We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth while also nurturing and managing client relationships.

- You will play a key role in identifying prospective clients, pitching agency capabilities, and onboarding new accounts.

- At the same time, you will ensure existing clients receive seamless servicing, campaign execution, and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency's client base.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.

- Lead pitches and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition.

- Research industry trends and target markets to strategically position our services.

Client Servicing:

- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects on time.

- Gather client feedback and work towards continuous improvement and satisfaction.

- Proactively manage expectations and troubleshoot any concerns or challenges.

Coordination & Strategy;

- Work closely with strategy, creative, and operations teams to create compelling client proposals.

- Maintain accurate reports on lead generation, conversions, and client engagement metrics.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry innovations to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development,

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
