- About Cog Culture Cog Culture is a full-service marketing communications agency with over a decade of experience in transforming ideas into compelling brand narratives.- With a powerhouse team of over 100 creative professionals, we deliver impactful work across sectors-from B2B to consumer brands.- We've been recognized as the No.1 Independent Integrated Agency at the Goafest Creative Abby Awards and as Design Agency of the Year 2023.- Our international wins at the Golden Award of Montreux and top honors at Brand Equity Digiplus and E4m Prime Time Awards further reflect our commitment to innovation and excellence.- We are driven by strategy, creativity, and the belief that every brand has a story worth telling.- Position Summary The Account Specialist will act as a key liaison between the client and the agency's internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client deliverables. -You will be responsible for managing communications, aligning project timelines, and delivering work that meets both client expectations and strategic goals.- Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.- Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and timely communication.- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams-creative, strategy, digital, and production-to ensure smooth campaign execution.- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including Social Media, SEM, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and Display campaigns.- Briefing & Documentation: Translate client requirements into actionable briefs; maintain trackers, status reports, and meeting notes.- Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they align with client goals and brand guidelines before final submission.- Problem Solving: Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism and speed, escalating issues when required.- Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, client satisfaction, and ensure service levels are consistently met.- Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, or project coordination-preferably in a digital or integrated agency.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Highly organized with excellent time and task management abilities.- Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms.- Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused.- Passion for advertising, branding, and storytelling.
