Our platform helps staffing teams make hundreds of calls in minutes, automate outreach, and massively increase recruiter productivity. We’re scaling fast and onboarding new clients every week — and we need someone who can own the customer relationship end-to-end.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Client Success Manager to support onboarding and ongoing success of our US-based clients. You must be hands-on, technically sharp, and able to guide customers in using JobTalk’s AI Voice Agent effectively.This role is client-facing, process-driven, and requires excellent communication skills. You’ll become a power user of JobTalk.ai and ensure every customer has a smooth, successful experience.Key Responsibilities- Lead onboarding sessions for new customers and train them on JobTalk.ai - Work closely with US recruiters and staffing teams to understand their workflows - Set up client accounts, campaigns, and voice agent configurations - Monitor client usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations - Provide proactive support to increase customer adoption and retention - Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate technical issues - Track client feedback and contribute to product improvements - Maintain clear documentation and status updates for each accountRequirements- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, or Account Management - Strong communication skills in English (spoken + written) - Ability to understand and explain technical workflows - Prior experience in SaaS, HRTech, or ATS/CRM tools is a plus - Comfortable working US EST hours (mandatory) - Fast learner able to master JobTalk.ai and guide clients confidently - Organized, reliable, and excellent with customer interactionsPreferred Qualifications- Experience working with US staffing or recruiting clients - Knowledge of CRM/ATS tools like Bullhorn, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc. - Prior exposure to AI tools, voice agents, or automation productsWork Model- Onsite at our Pune office is preferred - Remote may be considered only for top-tier candidates with proven customer success expertise - Shift timing: 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM ISTCTS is in INR
