Position Overview: As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of mechanical and electrical industrial automation products associated components. Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Pune region, focusing on industries where mechanical and electrical industrial automation products are essential. Solution Selling: Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions that integrate mechanical and electrical automation products to optimize performance and efficiency. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with customer expectations. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to mechanical and electrical industrial automation products. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance our product offerings and market positioning. Sales Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including technical assistance, product training, and troubleshooting, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on selling mechanical and electrical industrial automation products such as gearboxes, geared motors, rotary indexers, etc. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the industrial automation sector. Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical automation products, their applications, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
