Essential duties and responsibilities
- 1. Sales of services offered by the company to targeted potential clients.
2. Cold visits and calling to potential clients.
3. Networking with the prospective clients to understand their requirement, their buying behavior, decision making system, purchase process and updating the same on company records.
4. Meeting sales targets in assigned regions and client base as required.
5. Build and develop good rapport with the clients team members.
6. Submit reports as per specified template and formats to reporting officer.
7. Seek out new project opportunities and drive revenues, growth and market share as per the company policies and plans.
8. Gain market insights and liaison with people related to architectural and industrial construction sector.
9. Monitor project and ensure deliverables are being complied, updated and sent to client in stipulated time.
10. Monitor team performance and report performance matrix back to the top management.
11. Sending Marketing content like mailers, post, videos, blogs to be sent to prospective clients and existing customer and recorded in database on regular basis.

12. Visit customer and strengthen existing relationship.
13. Becoming a proactive, positive, impactful face of the organization in the market.
14. Learning and adapting to the engineering challenges as and when required.
15. Participating in office activities related to sales, marketing and business development meeting and events as and when required.
16. Participating in expos, outstation travels to develop other markets as and when required.
17. Visting construction sites in accordance to the company policies to check on the site development and working along with the technical team as and when required.

Remuneration
- Above industry standards with added bonuses and incentives linked to performance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
