Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager with a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, while providing data-driven insights to support decision-making at the highest levels. This role requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, business partnering, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast business performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and capital expenditures.
  • Analyze financial statements , identify trends, variances, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across departments (operations, sales, marketing) to support business decision-making through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports , including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Drive ad-hoc financial analysis to support business cases, investments, and new initiatives.
  • Implement and enhance financial reporting systems and tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead efforts in improving cost management , profitability analysis , and margin optimization .
  • Monitor key business metrics and provide guidance on performance improvement areas.
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence , financial integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance , or a related financial role, with demonstrated success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development .
  • Proficient in financial reporting tools , ERP systems , and advanced Excel (knowledge of tools like SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, etc. is a plus).
  • Experience in working with large datasets , leveraging analytical skills to extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and financial statement analysis .
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Experience in working with C-suite executives and providing strategic recommendations.
  • High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
