Roles and Responsibilities

·        Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

·        Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and incorporate findings into marketing and sales strategies.

·        Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand MSP (Managed Services Provider) requirements and propose appropriate MMSP (Master Managed Services Provider) solutions.

·        Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales quotas.

·        Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our infrastructure services, including digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media marketing, and SEO/SEM tactics.

·        Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts, to educate and engage potential clients.

·         Manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.

·        Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

·        Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing and sales within the infrastructure services industry, with a strong understanding of networking, and IT infrastructure.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content and deliver compelling sales presentations to cater the US market (with US accent).

·        Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
