Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager in Delhi. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communication channels, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and providing feedback to improve services. The role also involves analyzing customer data to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, relationship management, or similar roles
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally
  • knowledge of the Indiamart portal
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the CATV/MATV, PON products, and network solutions industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
