Job Description

We're hiring an HR Support Associate to provide employee support, HR administration, and recruitment assistance. This hybrid role offers exposure across multiple HR functions. This role will be working 3 days a week from our Goregaon, Mumbai office.

Key skills

  • Handle employee HR queries
  • Support onboarding & HR documentation
  • Assist with recruitment and engagement activities
  • Assist with processing of invoices for freelancers
  • Managing office visitors, employee access and courier services
  • 1–3 years of HR/operations experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
