Title : Sales Development Representative(SDR)

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage with prospective customers.
  • Be the first point of contact to prospects
  • Build interest and excitement in our product, effectively positioning its value to prospects.
  • Qualify leads and set up product demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into closed deals.
  • Consistently track activities, leads, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Provide feedback from the field to marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or similar role (preferably in a startup/SaaS environment).
  • Proven record of driving growth and achieving lead-generation or revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable using sales tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
