Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage with prospective customers.
- Be the first point of contact to prospects
- Build interest and excitement in our product, effectively positioning its value to prospects.
- Qualify leads and set up product demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into closed deals.
- Consistently track activities, leads, and progress in CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly pipeline and revenue targets.
- Provide feedback from the field to marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or similar role (preferably in a startup/SaaS environment).
- Proven record of driving growth and achieving lead-generation or revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable using sales tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
