Known as the Marlton Receptionist, the purpose of this position is to deliver a warm, professional, and efficient experience for students, parents, and visitors to the Junior School. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity commencing in January 2026, where you’ll be the welcoming face of our school and an essential part of our daily operations. Working term-time only, plus an additional 15 days across non-term periods each year, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the Junior School and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. The successful applicant must have: Post-secondary study in business administration or related areas and/or comparable on the job experience Will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Experience using a school management system (or similar), such as Synergetic, is highly desirable. Has highly developed computer skill and literacy, with advanced skills in MS Office Has experience effectively managing and supporting the work of several busy supervisors/managers. Has demonstrated knowledge of administrative processes and databases. Possess a positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and interact with both adults and students. Will have high level communication skills. Can work independently but also as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team. Willing to be involved in all aspects of the School’s program. Have a current Employee Working with Children check or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
