Your Role:As a

Recruiter , you will:Learn to source, screen, and connect top talent with leading companies.Build a robust candidate pipeline using innovative sourcing strategies.Conduct initial screenings to match candidates to job roles effectively.Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to close critical positions.Act as a brand ambassador of Resource Infinite to both candidates and clients.

What We’re Looking For:Fresh Graduates

(Tech degree prefered) with a keen interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.No prior experience needed – just a willingness to grow
