Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to providestrategic insights on talent acquisition strategies. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote AVIMUKTA’s employerbrand and create attractive job postings that reflect the company’s culture and values. Internal Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top internaltalent, focusing on the growth and retention of key positions. Data and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are met. Compliance &; Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal policies and legalregulations during the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in legal or professionalservices. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to buildrelationships at all levels of the organization. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, HRIS systems, and job boards. Familiaritywith LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is a plus. Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing needs and challenges in the recruitmentprocess. Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus.
