This individual will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our internal hiring processes while ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our growing consultancy.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for internal roles, includingsourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize various platforms, tools, and strategies to proactively build and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understandstaffing requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics to make informed recruitmentdecisions. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess, from initial contact through onboarding. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to providestrategic insights on talent acquisition strategies. Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote AVIMUKTA’s employerbrand and create attractive job postings that reflect the company’s culture and values. Internal Hiring Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top internaltalent, focusing on the growth and retention of key positions. Data and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other KPIs to ensure recruitment goals are met. Compliance &; Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal policies and legalregulations during the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in legal or professionalservices. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to buildrelationships at all levels of the organization. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, HRIS systems, and job boards. Familiaritywith LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is a plus. Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing needs and challenges in the recruitmentprocess. Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the legal industry is a plus. Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. Familiarity with talent management and retention strategies.
