Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in legal or professionalservices. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to buildrelationships at all levels of the organization. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, HRIS systems, and job boards.
