MRG Global is expanding its team in India, and we're seeking a RPO expert (Consultant/Manager/Associate Director) with Recruitment Process Outsourcing experience (ideally in Real Estate, Construction, or Hospitality sectors).


Key Qualifications:

  • 2-15 years of RPO recruitment experience with a leading local/international recruitment agency or executive search firm is a MUST.
  • Industry expertise in real estate, construction, or hospitality.


Role Overview:

You will be a vital member of our India team, responsible for running RPO for one our international clients on a global scale. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end RPO management
  • Recruitment and offer management
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • KPI management
