Key Qualifications:

  • 2-15 years of recruitment experience with a leading local/international recruitment agency or executive search firm is a MUST.
  • Industry expertise in real estate, construction, or hospitality is a MUST.


Location : Flexible/Hybrid mode


Role Overview:

You will be a vital member of our India team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients on a global scale. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end recruitment (actively sourcing relevant candidates and managing client needs/ expectations).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships in the market.
  • Business development.
  • Key account management.
