Training Operations

Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Support role within the Customer Experience Training team, person will be responsible for supporting sales training function.
  • Responsible for communicating with participants and vendors.
  • Implementation of LMS and ensuring trouble free operations
  • Managing training MIS on LMS/ Power BI. Submit post training reports to management.
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite / at training venue
  • Booking and setting up classroom sessions and training venues
  • Seeking management approvals and processing vendor payments
  • Ensure participants and vendors follow established policies (NDA/ Contract etc)


Education: B.Tech/ MBA

Experience: 5-8 Years


Required Competencies

  • Proven experience as a Training Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Macros, SAP and MS office - Advanced Excel knowledge is a MUST
  • Working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Should have good knowledge of VBA
  • Project Management
  • Preferably worked in automobile domain
