In 2022, the company acquired a majority stake in a NBFC-MFI Prayas Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. Hence, with both a NBFC and NBFC-MFI licence, the company can cater to the entire spectrum of individual and enterprises that form the bottom of the economic pyramid

 

The company focuses on Tier III and beyond geographies and through its physical branch network, it currently serves around 100,000+ clients today, diversified across women microfinance and micro-enterprise clients. 4. Key Roles and Responsibilities

 

The key responsibilities shall comprise:

·    Support the design and development of L&D curriculum and training agendas.

·    Develop content and act as a content curator and liaise with leaders and identify appropriate learning activities.

·   Assessing needs, benchmarking, developing innovative approaches and initiatives to advance the learning

strategy.

·    Effectively analyze, synthesize and present all training related data to senior leadership.

·    Contribute to the continuous evaluation of programs (designing & executing surveys, develop feedback reports)

& L&D analytics

·    Considering the costs and return on investment of any planned training or development programs and ensuring

that these costs adhere to defined budgets.

·    Lead for implementation of all initiatives - manage logistics and operations of training programs and events end

to end.

·    Use of leading-edge technologies to support learning and curate e-learning solutions.



·   Ensure consistent compliance with operating standards and regulatory requirements.

·   Performing periodic and regular quality assessments and identifying compliance issues, concerns, and deficiencies.

·   Preparing compliance reports to present to management.


·  Designing and implementing procedures and or amendments that will create improved efficiencies and address

future risk.


Skills, qualifications & job requirements

1.    A management/post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field

2.    A total work experience of 8+ years in training and L&D in retail financial services businesses for ex: NBFCs, NBFC-MFIs, HFCs, SFBs etc.

3.    Experience in operational role in Microfinance shall be an added advantage.

4.    Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

5.    Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

6.    Proficiency in Powerpoint, e-learning tools, training content development

7.     Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
