Castle Space seeks an astute, digitally fluent, and strategically driven Luxury Social Media Marketing Manager to steward its esteemed portfolio of luxury and lifestyle clientele. This role is designed for a candidate who not only comprehends the evolving dynamics of digital influence but is also deeply invested in elevating brand presence through intelligent campaign design, precision execution, and data-led optimisation. The SMM - Accounts Manager will lead social media strategy, manage high-value client relationships, and oversee performance-driven campaigns that shape the digital narratives of iconic and emerging luxury brands. Responsibilities Architect and implement end-to-end social media and performance marketing strategies for luxury and lifestyle brands. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, deliverables, and campaign direction. Oversee content calendars, creative workflows, and cross-platform execution across Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media ecosystems. Manage paid campaign setups, optimisation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance scaling. Coordinate with creative, PR, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand expression and seamless campaign alignment. Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights, reports, and strategic recommendations. Supervise community management, ORM oversight, influencer collaborations, and real-time digital engagement. Requirements Fresher / 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, or fashion sectors. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics dashboards, content strategy, and cross-platform audience behaviour. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency is essential (Hindi or regional languages are advantageous). A sharp aesthetic sensibility and an ability to interpret luxury brand codes into digital strategy. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, draw insights, and recommend strategic improvements. Confident, client-facing, organised, and capable of managing multiple high-pressure accounts simultaneously. Willingness to travel across India for select brand meetings, campaigns, and collaborative sessions.
