About the Role:

We are seeking a
creative and innovative Social Media Manager

to manage our brand's online presence and engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, creating concepts and running ads, and the ability to craft impactful campaigns that connect with our audience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage the team of Graphic Designer, Content Writer, and Video Editor.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) for all major platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to continuously refine strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build and engage with online communities through storytelling and interactive campaigns.
  • Experiment with new creative formats and innovative ideas to boost engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a
    Social Media Manager

or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong
creativity, innovation, and storytelling

abilities.
- Hands-on experience in
social media advertising and campaign optimization

.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project manager tools.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
