We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team at Sugar St. Studio.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive growth. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in social media marketing and contribute to the success of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media and social media marketing strategies in alignment with the company's goals and brand image.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure that social media creatives, including reels for Instagram, are original, engaging, and visually appealing, showcasing your creativity.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Growth Teams to support brand campaigns and activations across social media platforms.
- Learn how to manage and engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research, create mood boards, and develop content, such as posts, stories and reels, for brands and other social media formats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to leverage different social media formats effectively.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the team in experimenting with new and alternative ways to optimize social media engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Passion for social media marketing and a basic understanding of various social media platforms.
- Strong creative and visual skills, with an eye for original and engaging content, primarily in design and lifestyle, f&b, and B2C social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with strong attention to accuracy and quality.

Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms is a plus.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality.

This is an internship position that offers valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing. We provide mentorship and a supportive learning environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to our team's success.
