Job Deliverables - Manager/Senior Manager Human Resources Operations

HR Policies and Procedures:

● Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines thatcomply with applicable laws and regulations.

● Ensure HR policies are communicated effectively and consistently across theorganization.

● Regularly review and update HR policies to align with best practices andchanges in legislation.

● HR Systems and Processes:

● Oversee and manage HR systems and processes, including but not limited torecruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll, benefitsadministration, performance management, and employee offboarding.

● Continuously evaluate and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency,accuracy, and employee experience.

● Implement and manage HR technology solutions to support HR operationsTeam Management and Development:

● Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, andsupport to ensure high-quality HR services.

● Set clear expectations, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance toachieve team and individual objectives.

● Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting professionaldevelopment and growth opportunities for team members.

● Compliance and Risk Management:

● Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internalpolicies.

● Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps andmitigate HR-related risks.

● Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and industry trends toproactively address compliance issues.

Employee Relations:

● Serve as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters, providingguidance and resolving conflicts effectively.

● Collaborate with the HR team and managers to address employee concerns,performance issues, and disciplinary actions.

● Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through effectivecommunication and initiatives.

● HR Data and Analytics:

● Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data and metrics tosupport decision-making and measure HR operational effectiveness.

● Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, address challenges, andrecommend improvements

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:

● 12+ years of work experience in HR Operations and Business Partnering● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. Master's degree is a plus.● Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.● Familiarity with HR systems and technology solutions.● Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.● Excellent leadership and people management skills.● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.● High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
