Role Description

As an HR Manager in our fashion retail company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and values. Your role will involve strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization.

Qualifications

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the fashion retail industry.- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.- Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

1. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and confidential manner.- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

1. Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and drive continuous improvement.- Coordinate performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and development plans for employees.- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing their teams.

1. HR Administration:

- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, attendance, and benefits information.- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and advising management accordingly.- Manage HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures manuals.

1. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both internally and externally.- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience in HR management within the fashion retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment.- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.- This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the HR Manager role in our fashion retail company.
