Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with the company's goals and objectives. HR holding experience of 10 years in Fashion Industry .


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
