The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's overall goals and objectives, including provisions for compensations related to travel and commute.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness in the market, taking into consideration factors such as travel allowances and commuting benefits.
  • Design and administer employee compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards, accounting for any additional compensations related to travel and commute.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, while also considering benefits such as transportation subsidies or parking allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, including those specific to travel-related compensations and commuter benefits.
  • Partner with HR business partners and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and concerns, providing expertise on matters related to travel allowances and commute benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters, including inquiries related to travel reimbursements and commuting assistance.
  • Lead the annual salary review process and participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, incorporating any adjustments necessary for travel-related compensations and commute benefits.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 8+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
